The website does state that there is private parking for one car outside the cottage, with further on street parking available within walking distance in Hawes. You contacted us the day before your planned arrival and, due to the short notice and the terms and conditions agreed at the time of booking, we were not able to move the dates. I understand this was disappointing. We do try to help wherever possible, but in this case a change was not something we could reasonably offer.
