Great session. Booked to go back next week. Great to work on the spine abit as we all have tender backs.Never tryed tennis balls before.

All moves & postures were very clearly explained , different levels were offered so suitable for people with varying needs . Cheryl the instructor is very welcoming & friendly .

I really enjoyed the gentle exercise and the relaxation after.. I would recommend for anybody who is keen to restart there exercise plan .

Cheryl is a brilliant teacher, we have previous experience with her and was very pleased to find she was doing a class local to us. Would highly recommend.
