Hello Jane, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. As per our email correspondence we can only offer a collection or paid return in cases where the item is faulty. We fully appreciate you are unhappy with the garland but we cannot agree that the garland doesn't represent a true likeness to the picture online as all of our garland pictures are taken by our in-house photographer. All of our garlands will come in packed condition and do require some time spent to fluff out the branches to achieve your desired results. The photo you attached to this review is of a small section at the end of the garland and does not appear to be fluffed. You are certainly welcome to return both the garlands to us and we will refund you the cost of the garland and your original postage.
