Hi Nikola, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We are extremely sorry to hear you have not yet received your lights. Upon tracking your parcel, I can see a delivery was attempted on Saturday the 3rd, but unfortunately the driver could not find your address. For this reason, your parcel was returned to the depot and is currently being held at your local depot due to delays. As you are likely aware, there is delays across the whole courier network due to on-going postal strikes, which is out-with our control. We would recommend downloading the DPD app, where you can track your parcel and update any delivery preferences.

Hi Martin, I cannot find any order for yourself prior to the order you placed for our Pro Series power cord, I have tried searching with your name, the email you provided and order reference. All our power cords are only compatible with our own lights, so perhaps this is a contributing factor to why you are unable to screw the two parts together. If I am mistaken and your lights are ours, please email us at info@xmasdirect.co.uk, with a photo of the connection on your lights and we will be able to advise on the correct power cord. We can also provide you with a returns reference number, where you could return the power cord to us and once we receive back we could help you exchange this for the correct one.

Hi Robert, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We're really sorry to hear you struggled to find the correct lights. Our website is constantly reviewed to ensure we have all relevant information on each of our products. I can see that the lights you recently purchased, has the full information on the website to ensure you can make an accurate choice when adding to existing lights. A way to ensure you buy the correct ones, is to compare the SKU code (which can be found below the add to basket button) which your existing lights. Furthermore, in the additional information tab we include the length of the plug to transformer, and transformer to first bulb which in this case is 3.3m total, so that you can check this is suitable before purchase. In future, if you are looking to add to your existing lights you can either call or email us and we would be more than happy to check your previous orders and point you in the right direction.
