Hello Steven, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We are very sorry to hear you have not yet received your order, as you are probably aware this is due to postal strikes which are currently causing delays across the whole courier network. This is completely out with our control and we are trying our absolute best to get parcels out to customers on time. Upon checkout on our website there is a message above the 'proceed to checkout' button where we explain that delivery times are less reliable than usual. This is also highlighted again in your order confirmation. Upon tracking your parcel, I can see this is currently at your local depot and is now due for delivery today.

The delivery has still not been received as I have checked the post today the 20th December. These were replacement bulbs I ordered and to be honest IF I ever receive them it will be too late. My suspicion is the package has gone missing so as you have failed to deliver what I ordered and paid for I will be getting a refund from my credit card company

I'm very sorry to hear you have still not received your order, the ongoing postal strikes are severely effecting deliveries at the moment, therefor we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timeframe due to this.
