After reviewing the details of your case, we found that the incorrect address was provided during the online order placement by yourself. As a result, the package was returned to our address. Due to this we are required to charge a return to sender fee, as we incur charges for any missed delivery. Best customer service I have ever experienced. Having ordered the wrong extension cables the customer service team rang me and changed the order to suit my festoon lighting system.
