Thank you for your review. Our records indicate, as per our letter dated 22nd July, that the transfer of ownership has completed and that you are the recognised owner. Club Tropicana were due to send you the certificate, but they see you as they owner and you have full ownership rights. If the resort have not yet issued the certificate, this could be due to staff shortages/reduced working hours at the trustees due to Covid-19 but please let us know if you have not yet received the certificate and we will chase the resort on your behalf.
