Thank you for the feedback, we do use a third party service to make returns from countries outside the UK.  It can take up to a month for the returns to come through.  We will action the refund as soon as we receive the item.can you please confirm with the customer when the items have been received back from rebound

Thank you for your feedback and we are very sorry to hear you have received some garments which do not fit. We do try to advise our customers on sizing by providing our charts on line. Please feel free to return the items to us so we can process that for you. We are in the process of phasing out our unisex sizing and introducing Mens and Womens sizes from November of this year through to February of next year.
