Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry that there was a delay in you receivinf your refund, we do need to allow at leat 20 working days for the post to arrive as on the odd occasion it does arrive on the last day. Once this time has expired we do then initiate the refund which takes a few more days to action. I understand that this is a long time but we do need to follow our company procedures.
