Very disappointed that a sweater bought for a Christmas gift on Dec 11 didn't arrive in time, and that customer service response was "if it doesn't arrive by Jan 7, they'll refund and I can reorder."...

Good Morning, thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear you have had some problems with your delivery. I have checked your order and it was dispatched on the 12th December via Standard International Air Mail, which unfortunately is not a tracked service. This service does take up to 10 business days before it arrives as it is shipped from the UK but during the winter period courier services do tend to run slower than expected. If you have any further issues with your order please do not hesitate to contact us
