PLAN YOUR PURCHASE and ORDER AT LEAST 15 BUSINESS DAYS IN ADVANCE.

Ordered a sweater coat for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. TWO WEEKS LATER--NO SWEATER! NO TRACKING INFO! VERY POOR SERVICE! WON'T EVER USE AGAIN.
