Too late

Although the sweater I ordered was lovely, it came too late for Christmas, and I had to send it back at almost double the cost of the sweater. I would have appreciated free returns.

Thank you for your feed back and we are sorry to hear that your garment did not arrive with in the standard estimated delivery time of 7-10 working days. Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns as this would mean an increase in our garment pricing which is something we want to avoid. For future reference there is an address in the United Sates of which you can send your garments to at a cheaper price. Please see emails where we have detailed further.
