BAD EXPERIENCE

It has been over 3 weeks and I have not received my order. I have contacted WoolOvers by email and have not heard back. My experience is BAD. Hopefully it gets resolved.

Customers in the US and elsewhere beware. If something goes wrong with the shipment, resolving the matter won't be easy. This is a follow up on my previous review. It has been almost 4 weeks since I placed my order. I have not received the merchandise. It usually takes less than a week for orders from the US. WoolOvers has no way of tracking their shipments as I was informed 3 weeks later and after contacting them several times Online and by calling. They advised me that I had to wait several more days and then there would be a process where I would have to sign a form stating that I have not received my shipment and then I would have to send this form to them. And I am in the US, a country with strong consumer protection laws. I guess that it would be much more difficult to deal with a similar issue for customers in other countries.
