Good morning and thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry that you have not received your parcel yet, however it may well be still on its way to you. As our customer service department has already informed you, we have to allow 20 working days before we can consider a parcel to be "lost". When this period has elapsed, we will then be able to send a replacement order or refund you. There is no tracking service available on our standard Air Mail service, however we do offer alternative shipping methods which have tracking capabilities. We sincerely hope that you receive your parcel very soon.

I had wanted to buy this item for a long time. Now that I've finally gotten it, I'm not totally in love with the pocket placement, and the button row ends a little high, but it should be a warm, comfy sweater for winter.

Very Happy
