Thank you for your feedback and I do sincerely apologize for the delays in regards to your order and call back. Our recent sale was our biggest ever sale, so the sheer amount of orders and calls we were receiving was never before seen. This did cause long wait times on the phone and caused 1000's of missed calls. Subsequently this did cause some delays in dispatching goods, but these delays have now cleared and everything is running back to normal.

We apologise that you have not received a response to your email, unfortunately this item has been discontinued and gone out of stock as you were ordering.  You would most certainly have received a refund against this item had you not have contacted us.
