Seems these are made from New Zealand wool now not British wool but I don't mind as they are so warm and cuddly. The prices of these jumpers can't be beat in my country.

Golf nuovo arrivato in tempo per il freddo!

Tutto bene ma la consegna era un po' in ritardo. Per Europa diceva 5-6gg lavorativi e invece ci ha messo 8. Comunque non è un grosso problema.

We do include the return instructions on the back of our invoices, so I do sincerely apologize if this was not included. Thank you for responding to my feedback. I do appreciate that you took the time. It was my fault for choosing the wrong size as I didn't follow the sizing guide but went by what I have bought on earlier occasions, when the garments have fitted well

Creases

cardigan very creased and I spent ages steam pressing out creases. If the cardigan was rolled for couriering it would not be so creased. I love the garment now that the creases have gone!

Hello Anna, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that your garment was badly creased on arrival to you. We do take care when packing customers orders and usually they arrive without problems from here in the UK. I think possibly your garment has got a bit squashed in transit causing the creases. I do apologise for the inconvenience caused.
