Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry you feel this way.  As a UK company we are not obliged to zero VAT purchases for the Channel Islands.  You can certainly find this comment on the State of Jersey website " Where VAT is applied to your UK purchase, you may want to contact the seller before you make a payment. They may remove or zero-rate the tax, but they are not obliged to."  I understand this is inconvenkient but it does help customers only showing the one price.  If we can help further please contact the Customer Care Team on info@woolovers.com.

We do not offer free returns as this would mean increasing the over cost of our items, which is something we actively want to avoid. Thank you for your feed back and we would like to apologise that you have not yet received your order.  Our international delivery time usually takes 7-10 working days but has been known to take longer in busy periods.
