Thank you for your feedback I am sorry that we have let you down on this occasion to get the parcel to you in the time you required it.  We should have been more accurate on the timescales to get parcels to Israel within the specified days.  I understand you have written a large number of emails to us, but I do feel we answered them in a timely manner and that we are an ethical and honest company that are working hard to give customers the best service and value possible for natural knitwear anywhere in the world.  We have contacted you to resolve the problem with your order, but if you need to contact us for further assistance please contact us on info@woolovers.com. 

Thank you for your feedback, the process of fulfilling orders for customers outside the UK depends on the mailing service selected.  Customers have the option for express shipping which is quicker and tracked or a standard mail which is slower and although tracked at points along the journey, it is difficult to give an exact location at any one point.  We have sent this item in good faith and you will receive it, but you do need to be aware that this can take 12 business days to arrive.  having said that  I am very sorry that your order has not arrived as yet, but we do need to give the postal service 20 days overall before a parcel is deemed lost in transit and we will then reship or refund an order as soon as we have reached this timescale.  We will always try to answer your emails as soon as possible.  If we can help further please contact us on info@woolovers.com.

Thank you for your feedback, we have passed your comments onto our Buying and Merchandising department, but I personally wear one of these Cashmere Vee jumpers alot and feel they are surprising ly warm to wear even in very cold weather.  If though you are not happy with the item we will be happy to accept it back for a refund.
