Reasonable shipping time

Shipping was reasonable except I wasn't able to track the package after it leaves UK (I'm located in Canada and it took about 3 weeks).

Wrong size

The sweaters are HUGE. I usually take an XL or L and it was suggested to go down one size. I ordered the L but it is the equivalent of a woman's XXXL! i will be returning them. They are beautiful...

Thank you for your feedback and we are very sorry to hear you have received a garment which did not fit. We do try our best to ensure that the right size is selected when customers create their order with us. We provide sizing charts for all items online and, as you have said, we do warn customers to order a size down when they are looking at unisex sized items, however we acknowledge that this is no assurance of correct fit. We are still currently in the process of phasing out all our unisex sizing and introducing just gender-specific styles, which will of course make it a lot easier when ordering. If you do have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
