When we first started selling the Stratton Compacts we did not actually stock the spare puff and gauze sets as they were integral to the compact. We did then get a lot of requests to stock them as people were looking for spares and so decided to stock them. A lot of customers do actually want to buy a spare set as these items do wear out and can be very difficult to buy - hence the reason for making them available as an additional item. Having said this I think we could be clearer on our description as to the compact actually containing the puff and gauze as standard. To this end we will amend our descriptions to make this clearer. If you would like to return the unwanted item to us using the freepost returns label we will refund the amount charged. I hope this will prove to be a satisfactory solution and thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
