Under normal circumstances even if we are temporarily out of stock of an item we are able to get them in from the supplier within 24 hours and forward them to the customer. Unfortunately as we received your order on 22nd December the supplier closed for the christmas break - on their return on 5th we oredered your shirt only to be told that it was no longer available - this news we immediately relayed to you and you opted for the navy blue alternative that we sugested.
We operate a deferred charge system meaning that your card is not actually charged until the goods leave us - if you wish we can cancel the order and allow you to look elsewhere for an alternative. As you have already stated though the shirt we will be sending you will be navy blue not red. We will wait to hear from you as to whether you want us to send the navy.

I'm sorry to hear that you had a problem with this item Somax are usually very tight on their quality control - if the item hasn't been worn or washed please return it to us so that we can send you another or perhaps an alternative item - the brushed cotton may be better for you in that they are thicker cotton. If you would prefer to keep the item and order another that might be more suitable please just let me know by return and I will arrange a discounted price to compensate for the trouble we have caused you.
