This is headed by the "man's flat cap", but the shirts were the major part of the order. More correctly, it would be headed by "countryy shirts and flat cap".

I'm Sorry to hear about the problems you have had. I'm afraid you may have been victim of the exceptional pressure we came under over the Christmas Period which led to a drop in our normal levels of service. This will be addressed in the coming year but I am anxious in the meantime to try address the other issues you have raised.
In terms of returns usually we will try to replace or refund items within 48 hours of our receiving the goods back - we did have quite a large volume of returns for exchange over the Christmas period which did delay us a little - added to this the fact that we had to get a suitable replacement for the shirt from the supplier Viyella that were also out of stock of most items - hence the reason for us sending a different shirt. We have sent the faulty shirt back to Viyella for comment and refund.
Finally it looks like we managed to miss the other cap off your order completely - please let me know if you would like us to get one of these and send it on - they may have been out of stock at the time but I am quite happy to check if we can get one in if you still require it.
