Excellent Service, order placed and delivered the following day
From France (I am French) I have placed a small order for a wool-tie, because I like that kind of ties and they are difficult to find even in England, except tartan designs, but I am not interested...
Excellent Company..fast service, correct products, perfect condition and excellent value for money ... would use again and would certainly recomend to friends.
Almost Three weeks to receive the product, I sent them two emails with question, never heard anything from them. Really bad customer service.

I have to say that I feel your comments are completely unjustified. Your goods were dispatched within 2 hours of our receiving your order - they were passed to the US postal service 3 days later for delivery to you - I'm afraid we have no control over the US postal service so I sugest that you address any compliant to them with reference to delays.I have also checked our e-mail logs and unfrotunately have no records of your trying to contact us , we thus were unable to address any anxieties you may have had with reference to the delivery of your goods.

Unfortunately, I have no clue of the mailing problem, I only know I got it late. I buy a lot of products in Internet and I don't usually have any problems. This is one of the two emails I sent (always with confirmation):

Thanks for getting back to us – I can’t work out why they didn’t get through to us – it is possible that they got caught up in the anti spam software as they were from a hotmail account. Usually we will reply to all mail as a matter of course – as in this case we had dispatched the goods very quickly it’s obviously nice to be able to assure a customer that we have dispatched goods and that they are on the way. I’m not sure why the postal delivery took so long – typically it will take 5-8 days - I guess you were just unfortunate in this respect. Which ever way we are glad that you did receive the item and hopefully the quality of it serves as some compensation for the delay involved – especially as it was for a birthday.
