Apologies your order didn't arrive when expected.
As your order was placed after the 4pm next day cutoff time on the 07/02/2022, your order was due to be processed and dispatched on the 8th and delivered to you on the 9th. Unfortunately I can see your order was subject to a 24 hour courier delay and was delivered to you on the 10th.
We haven't received any contact from yourself in regards to a parcel delay. However I can confirm a refund for your postage charge has now been issued and will reflect in your account within 3-5 days depending on your bank.

Thank you for your resolution of the matter, I was 100% happy with the product it was just the delivery that was the problem which unfortunately is being your control as it was the couriers fault .
