When I received my last purchase, the item stunk of aftershave and had obviously been worn! The item had obviously been returned previously and not checked. I did receive a refund but no apology.

Thank you for your feedback and I am very sorry that you received a product from us in this state. As per our phone conversation, I assure you this is extremely rare as the items are checked at despatch and when being returned also but unfortunately this must have been missed.

Getting charged for returns added too much cost. £11 for special delivery that was recommended. Ordered two large sizes of the same make and had to return for a medium and extra large! No way of me...
