Villa Costanza is actually a brand new property for Wish Sicily, we have been advertised the villa for just one season now, we’ve never received a negative review from the past clients and so this sort of feedback is invaluable for us.

We’re really disappointed that you didn’t find the property up to scratch but hope you enjoy your stay overall as we have never received a communication from you during your stay except when a couple of days before departure you wanted to make sure via email of security deposit, ping pong table and Turkish bath.

Unfortunately the ping pong table has been damaged by the previous customer who left the villa just before your arrival and Vito, the owner, had difficulties to repair it.

As per property description, the electricity is included up to 300 kw/h per week and charged at 0.35 euro per kw/h extra. It sounds like you’ve consumed 600 + 350 kw/h to get a bill of 120 euro at check-out. I presume you did check the electricity reading with the property owner at your arrival/departure. Please be aware that electricity is also used when light up the whole garden and keep the pool cleaned.

We have passed on your comments to the owner of Costanza with our own recommendations to make extra cleaning and maintenance work in order to bring the villa to the level expected at any of the properties we represent. He has advised that all has been taken into account and will do all of his best to make the villa a top level again for future guests.

Hopefully, you will consider exploring more of Sicily in one of our other villas at another time. Thanks again for your time.
