We’re sorry about the inconvenience with the pool. Unfortunately, an unexpected algae bloom developed during your stay due to the exceptionally high temperatures. The technician treated it promptly, but it naturally took some time for the treatment to take effect, which is why the water remained green for a while. Regarding the electricity, the included allowance is generally sufficient for normal use. However, during particularly hot periods, when air conditioning is used more extensively, consumption can exceed the included amount, as explained before arrival. Thank you also for your practical suggestions regarding access to the villa. We’ll make sure future guests are reminded to ask their driver to continue up to the villa entrance whenever possible. We truly appreciate your comments and hope to welcome you back to Sicily in the future.
