Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry you had troubles with the offers. We receive prices and stocks directly from merchants and update them once or twice a day. Unfortunately, we can’t update them in real time as it would slow down our website, but we try our best to keep the site updated and accurate. If you see anything wrong, feel free to contact us on 01483 347 377. Our graphs show historical merchant prices and we show 2 prices on the website, the merchants price, and a voucher price (if they are running one with us). These voucher codes are sometimes for new customers only so it would be misleading to show this on the historical pricing as it would not be accurate to existing customers who cannot use the code. We have increased the number of merchants on the website and we hope this number increases significantly in 2015.
