We are also extremely sorry for any inconvenience that was caused regarding the delivery of your chair. Due to the fact that every one of our chairs is hand-made bespokely in our own factory, it is difficult for us to give a set delivery date until the production of the chair is almost complete.
On the date of delivery, we always try our utmost to deliver our products within the stated time frame, however sometimes due to matters beyond our control, delays can sometimes occur. In this case, our installers experienced a vast amount of traffic on route, which of course caused the arrival of your chair to be an hour beyond schedule. Once again we are very sorry about this and we do hope you understand why this occurred.
