POOR SERVICE
paid for next day delivery after not receiving or herd nothing from dickies i called them just to be told they have not sent them yet and they would be posted out that day took them 2 weeks to refund...

I have looked into your order and can see that you placed your order on a Friday after the 8pm cut off for same day dispatch. So when you chased your order on Monday, you were informed that the order was not due to be dispatched until that day and was delivered to you the next working day.
Apologies for the delay in you receiving your refund for the full Saturday postage cost paid.
