„Wightlink“ apžvalgos

Hello Aleck, Thank you for your review. I am glad that you enjoyed your journey with Wightlink and the error on your booking was able to be rectified without any problem. We look forward to seeing you onboard again soon.

Hello Mark, Thank you for your feedback. We use flexi-pricing which means that prices for a particular crossing may increase in line with demand for that crossing. Our fares also reflect the cost of running our service, which is not subsidised. Comparing us to different types of transport such as continental ferries isn't a fair example as the two operations are quite different. As an example, the costs of running a shared port are normally split between multiple companies who share facilities rather than individually owned ports, and normally only run a handful of departures each day, whereas we own and manage most of our ports, offering a choice of 3 convenient routes and sailings which operate every 40 minutes at peak times, 364 days a year. Thank you once again for your feedback, we hope to see you onboard again soon.
