Quick delivery and lots of communication
I placed a click and collect order, when I went to collect it the lady let me open it up and check everything I ordered was there. The lady then took all the packaging and put it in the bin for me....

Excellent service.
They communicated well after the order was placed and delivery was very fast. The item arrived well packaged. Would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again.

Postage too expensive
Arrived quickly and securely. The postage didn't look right to me as express was cheaper. They have now altered this and express and standard are the same price. I think this is unfair and doesn't...

Great products, shame about the customer service.
Products arrived in good condition but I live 2 minutes from one of their stores/ warehouses and that particular store doesn't offer click and collect so I had to pay £4 postage. I emailed them about...
