For a WEB magazine, the fact that they only have an iOS application on which to read their digital edition is appalling, NOTHING for Android and no way of reading it in a standard web browser.

Cancelled one magazine and took out a subscription for another. Hassle free experience and makes good sense to phone up to cancel as opposed to cancel online.
