Really good quality and it works. I also like the flavour of both the Sleep and the Balance, it is natural and flavoured with essential oils rather than artificial flavouring found in cheaper...

Works for my chronic insomnia, would recommend using in conjunction with Balance if you are suffering from exhaustion caused by overwork etc.
