If the filter is fully activated you should be able to empty the bottle in less than one minute.

I ordered one black and one bottle with filters, and received only one filter. I paid the same amount for both bottles

Great service - my first delivery did not arrive. I thought it was the Christmas post/ strikes etc. Anyway when I contacted water to go they sent me a duplicate order by courier as we were heading...
