Unacceptable service.
To use Volvo insurance Company as the Insurance we Purchased. Not a secondary Sub Contracted Company such as Kindertons.

Too many companys involed with the clame you don't know who you are dealing with, even after 7 weeks some parts of my clame is still ongoing.

In terms of the companies involved, Kindertons manage the claims on behalf of Volvo Car Insurance and it is their fleet of vehicles where the hire cars are provided. Appalling customer service
Appalling! If there was an option for no stars you would have it. I waited a month for my car to be repaired and it came back still damaged and with new scratches! I have made a complaint but no one...
