Very poor.
Advise their customers properly. This fairly simple matter took a month to resolve from time of accident to my collecting the car.

Many thanks for your feedback. We've looked into your file and note that unfortunately whenthe repairers had a closer look atyour vehicle they found additional damage which wasn’t visible initially. They therefore had to re-estimate and order the additional parts required. Whilst this does not happen all the time it is not uncommon that additional damages are found once a vehicle goes in for repair. We’re sorry on this occasion you were unhappy with our service, please accept our sincere apologies.
