Hi Francisca, Thank you for your reviews. While Omega 3 and the GLA found in Starflower Oil can help alleviate some symptoms of dry eyes, the issue is commonly associated with both Vitamin A and/or Vitamin B12 deficiency, so you may want to ask your GP to test your levels to see if one or both could be affecting you in this way.

Thanks, sometimes it is not easy to see results, if they are not very visible, but that doesn't have to do with the quality of the supplements. I am getting my B12 injections every 3 months, like I did today. We will see..................... I will discuss Vitamin A with my GP, thanks!
