I'm am sorry to read form your review that your order has not arrived with you yet. Looking at the tracking it arrived at customs in Norway yesterday (9/5) and is now being processed. Hello. All customs documents should have been attached to the outside of the parcel. We apologise if this was not the case or it became detached in transit. Please email anne@vitabright.co.uk with a copy of the receipt from the customs charge, and she will assist you.
