We are sorry that are disappointed in our service. Unfortunately once the visa's leave our office we are not able to have control over what happens with Royal Mail. All we can do at that point is use Royal Mail's track service which showed that your visa had been taken to a local delivery office. You did not want to go to their delivery office so our final suggestion to yourself was that you come here to collect another visa so you could get it on time. You were suggesting that it was our fault that your visa had not been delivered after we had explained the options available to you. As your visas were not officially lost, we suggested the fee to you but we waivered this to meet your expectations. Your visa now states that it has been delivered so it appears that on this occasion Royal Mail did not meet expectations, but eventually the item was signed for. We do recommend that people leave a little bit of time before their travels to buy their visa, to avoid this kind of situation as once it leaves our office it is not in our control.
