We are sorry you hear that you were not satisfied with our service though are glad that you appreciated our prompt replies to your emails and our phone conversation with you. As explained in this exchange, you received one visa (for your wife) because you only completed one visa application and paid for one visa. We can see in the system that your own visa application was abandoned several times. There were no issues with our website at that time but we apologise if the application process was not clear to you. I can see that you received a purchase confirmation email that mentions you ordered one visa. Unfortunately, as you did not inform us that you also needed a visa until your wife’s had already been delivered, we had to send your visa separately which is why you had to pay for international delivery again. We are sorry that you are disappointed but hope you enjoy  your trip to Cuba.
