We hope that these problems have now been resolved with Premium Credit Ltd, and that your monthly instalments will be collected without any further issues. However, should you have any concerns with regards to this payment facility, then please do not hesitate in contacting our customer services team in the first instance, who may be able to assist you without the need of contacting Premium Credit directly.
At the point of renewal, should you wish to continue your cover with VetsMediCover, it is possible for you to change your method of payment to an annual payment. Again, you will need to contact the customer service team once you have received your renewal invitation and they will be happy to make any amendments necessary.
