Hi, our premiums are as you say collected via a third party, the Financial Conduct Authority who regulate us insist that as it is an annual premium and we are allowing you to pay monthly, then it is a credit agreement. If at renewal you wish to pay an annual payment then of course you are free to do so. If you wish to discuss this further then please phone one of the admin team who will be only too happy to discuss it with you.
