Friendly helpful service
Very friendly and easy to use application process for a claim, which they paid out in full when my dog required treatment. Highly recommend them!

Too too long
They took too long to review my claim because as far as I understood they had not linked my new address with my old - despite my phoning to inform them - and as a result kept asking for records they...
