Really good - arrived earlier than expected.
Used you many times before, I get asked about a discount code - how do I get one of those ?
As a regular customer it would be nice to know.
It was 3 weeks from ordering and paying for my item when I received it and when I phoned to question why I had not received it a male was not very helpful

The order was confirmed as despatched on the first working day after receipt, and as we recall Royal Mail delayed delivery. Its always worth checking with us a few days after this notification in cases of non-arrival.
