Their costumer service team deserves 5 stars but I am giving 3 stars because of the company's policies. I don't think it's correct to advertise a flight at a set price and call back to ask for more...

The service was quite professional, I've not booked flights like this previously but it saved me some money so I'd consider using again. That said I had to pay extra direct to airline to get seats...
