Hi Veronica, As discussed I think there was some confusion and it has now been agreed that the bag was 100% genuine, but some slight differences to the one in-store. I would appreciate if you could re-review us! Thanks, UE.

Team were able to put me in direct touch with retailer and confirm validity of bag. Confusion due to differences in side by side comparison done in store and with photos used to advertise product online. 2 different article numbers and recent changes to bag made. Quality of bag however not great. New version has binding around leather which after using for 2 weeks has already broken away.

Store manager has confirmed that actually old version of bag was sent. Still awaiting response from team regarding exchang due to fault and bag not being the one actually advertised.
