This isn’t something we’ve encountered before with the TT Silent units, which we’ve been supplying for over 10 years without similar feedback. When you contacted us regarding your order, we requested photos of the installation issue so we could better understand the problem and assist with a solution. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive a reply. Images are usually the first step in helping us identify whether there may be an installation adjustment required or if a replacement part is needed.
