Terrible customer service

Blinds supposedly delivered left on front garden consequently stolen still waiting for refund 3 weeks later !!!!! Passed from one to another keep saying they are remaking but I do not want that now

Dear Ms Stacey,

The blinds were delivered and we forwarded you an image of your front door that our courier took to confirm. You had since advised that the goods must have been stolen, we therefore advised we would replace the blinds as this has been an unforeseen circumstance.

Your replacements will be with you shortly.
