The blinds are good quality. The only problem and reason I gave 3 star is due to the fact they do not listen to instructions. I requested the items be delivered at a later date whilst I was away....

Ordered on Monday night, made and delivered Friday morning! Can't get much quicker than that. Easy to place order on website and helpful hints to make sure you measure and order correct size

The service from blinds direct was exceptional. The office staff are so helpful and my new blind arrived in a day and looks amazing. Will definately use again

After a long wait of 3 weeks one blind didn't turn up ....... Then after complaining it did another 3 weeks later ...now after about 6 months two of the blinds slats are turning pink ? Why and can I...
